We offer a 14-day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible purchases.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees), subject to the terms below.
Eligibility
- Applies only to purchases made via www.uibaby.us
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 working days of receiving your order
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), and confirm they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow standard processing time depending on your payment provider.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us at your own cost.
Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval.
